Clearspring Organic Japanese Brown Rice Miso Paste pouch 300 g

Miso is a typical Japanese food ingredient made from fermented boiled soybeans and salt. Miso paste from Cleaspring is fermented in cedar barrels for 1-2 years to produce a sauce that is rich in flavor. Enzymes from koji, a natural yeast and bacteria, gradually break down grains and nuts in complex ways into easily digestible amino acids, fatty acids and simple sugars.
