Chia Seed Organic EL Organico is an Organic Chia Seed from Peru which is produced with high quality, free from GMO and gluten free.

Serving Suggestions:

• Can be eaten directly
• Can be mixed in water or fruit juice
• Just add 1/2 - 2 tablespoons of El Organico Chia Seeds (according to taste)
• Leave it for 10-15 minutes until it swells, then drink it as usual. Add it as a topping to yoghurt, juice and smoothies.
• Sprinkled or mixed with porridge, soup, salad, pudding, salad sauce, bread/cake, rice and also in various types of drinks and other food recipes
• Can be made into jelly or what we usually call jelly.
