Intellectual property rights:

1. Our platform, including its name and logo, code, design, technology, business model, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights available under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia which have been registered in our name. We (and parties who obtain licenses from us, if applicable) own all rights and interests in our platform, including all intellectual property rights related to all Service features contained therein and other related intellectual property rights.
2. Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the software used in the Sesa.id application on smart phone that you own or control for your needs
3. You may not (i) copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, reproduce, transmit, move, broadcast, decompile or disassemble any part of or otherwise exploit the Sesa.id platform (including the Services therein) licensed to you, except as permitted in these Terms and Conditions, (ii) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, transfer, distribute or commercially exploit or make available to third parties the Sesa.id platform or software by means of; (iii) create an internet "link" to the Sesa.id platform or "frame" or "mirror" any software on another server or wireless or internet-based device; (iv) reverse engineer or access our software to (a) build a rival product or Service, (b) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Sesa.id platform, or (c) copy ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the Sesa.id platform, (v) launch automatic programs or scripts, including, but not limited to, web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any other programs anything that may make multiple server requests per second, or create a heavy load or hinder the operation and/or performance of the Sesa.id platform, (vi) use robots, spiders, site search/retrieval applications, or other manual or automatic devices or processes to scrape, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the application or its contents; (vii) publish, distribute or reproduce in any way material protected by copyright, trademarks or other information owned by us, without obtaining prior consent from us or the rights owner who licensed his rights to us, (viii) delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Sesa.id platform.
