SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Delivery
- We serve deliveries to areas in Jakarta and South Tangerang with our couriers, while for areas outside our reach we use third party service providers.
- Every order that has been entered into the system will be immediately processed and sent via the courier provided by us according to the delivery date and time chosen by you.
- Delivery time will vary depending on the Estimated Arrival Time (ETA) of the selected slot.
- We are not responsible to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses arising from delays in order delivery, unless it is proven that the delay was caused directly by us.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact info@osa.id for assistance.
Return
- In the event that the product ordered and paid for is not available, the order for that product will be canceled automatically via our platform. We will issue a refund in the form of Store Credit in the amount according to the product that is not available within 1 x 24 hours after the transaction status changes to "Delivered".
- You can use Store Credit to make repeat purchases on our platform. The Store Credit value will deduct from your shopping value.
- In the event that an order is damaged, you have the right to reject the product by notifying us through the appropriate complaint mechanism by including related photo evidence or via our email address by including the invoice, order number and related photo evidence. After checking the report, we will provide a refund in the form of Store Credit within 1 x 24 hours after your report is received. Products that are immature are not damaged products.
- In the event that you receive the wrong product as ordered and paid for, you have the right to exchange the product by notifying it through the appropriate complaint mechanism, including the invoice, order number and related photographic evidence. We will exchange the product you received with a product that matches what was ordered and paid for within 1 x 24 hours after your report is received.
- If you make a payment using an electronic wallet and the order is cancelled, a refund will be made to the deducted electronic wallet balance.
- We are only responsible for the process of returning deducted electronic wallet balances in accordance with the mechanism determined by us and the electronic wallet organizer.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures in returning electronic wallet balances caused by electronic wallet operators or other third parties. Our responsibility is only limited to the total amount paid in writing by you. We only accept requests for refunds for damaged products and exchanges for wrong products 1 x 24 hours after the products you ordered arrive at your home, so you release our responsibility for the products you ordered after that time period.
